O ator ficou conhecido nos anos 80, quando participou do filme “Apertem os Cintos, o Piloto Sumiu! (1980). Nos anos 90 protagonizou a trilogia “Corra que a Polícia Vem Aí, uma satira aos filmes policiais. E no ano de 1997 encarnou o famoso detetive dos desenhos animado o MR. Magoo.
