Resultado de gravações feita pelos Beatles entre 1963 e 1994, um disco de inéditas do quarteto de Liverpool chegou às lojas ontem (11/11). “On Air – Live at the BBC Volume 2″ é uma coletânea de 63 faixas e um livreto de encarte com 48 páginas.
O material compreende 37 versões inéditas de algumas faixas clássicas e 23 gravações não-musicais (isto é, conversas entre os músicos e os apresentadores da rádio BBC).
Parte das músicas tocadas pelos Beatles na BBC, havia sido lançada em 1994, no disco “On Air – Live At the BBC”. Naquele ano, o disco vendeu horrores e atingiu o primeiro lugar das paradas britânicas. Agora, o restante do material está sendo liberado para a alegria dos amantes do Fab Four.
